SSR Panels are manufactured to a standard thickness of 100 mm only and consist of two pre-stressed steel skins permanently bonded to an injected Polyisocyanurate (PIR) core. The panels are produced using a controlled injection process to ensure full core adhesion and consistent thermal and structural performance. Lamination under pressure with complete adhesive bonding provides the panel with excellent strength, rigidity, and long-term durability.
These panels combine the strength of a Standing Seam (male / female) joint with the insulation properties of a snug core to core fit. Various facing materials and finishes are available with frost white Chromadek as a standard. Typically, these panels are 1170mm wide with a thickness of 100mm. Panels are packed on pallets and can be loaded and unloaded in most situations using ordinary forklifts.
