We manufacture high-quality PIR injected insulated panels using Chromadek steel facings, available in a wide range of colours to suit architectural and industrial requirements. Our panels are produced at a standard cover width of 1170 mm and are available in thicknesses of 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm, with lengths manufactured up to a maximum of 10 500 mm. Production takes place on heated platforms with vacuum-assisted bonding, ensuring superior adhesion, consistent density, and exceptional overall panel quality. The panels have demonstrated very good fire performance when tested in accordance with the National Building Regulations. For ease of handling and logistics, panels are packed on pallets and can be efficiently loaded and unloaded on site.
